6: Reading Hour - September 29, 2023 (F)

Panel 1:

[Pilcrow and the Asterism are in the forms of a mere crow and flamingo in a massive library inside the Black Manor.]

Pilcrow: "In this limitless theater of existence, where every conceivable act plays out, how is the sensation of 'boredom' even feasible?"

Panel 2:

[The Asterism now appears to be three black eyes with eyelashes in a pink nebula in outer space.]

The Asterism: "Boredom is the luxury of finite beings. In our realm, it's not the monotony, but the overwhelming plurality that bewilders."

Panel 3:

[As an endless sea of feathers with red eyes, Pilcrow reads a book from the library.]

Pilcrow: "Yet here I am, with my eyes crossing in weariness as I read the same line about unwinding the hexadecachoron's a dozen times."

Panel 4:

[They are now in anthropomorphic bird forms in the library. The Asterism, wearing a gray dress, holds up a different book for Pilcrow. Pilcrow, in turn, is wearing a mustard-colored suit and red tie, and looks interested.]

The Asterism: "Perhaps you require lighter reading. How about this one, 'Eternity for Dummies'? It's only a few eons long."

Pilcrow: "Oooh!"
