22: Outdoor Spirituality - November 6, 2023 (W)
Panel 1
[Pilcrow as a sea of green feathers in the forest with eyes talks to the Asterism, who manifests as a sphere of pink light with three bright star eyes over the forest.]
Pilcrow: "Through this journey, we shall find that nature's embrace will purify our souls!"
The Asterism: "I find that I favor flipping through a formidable tome by a fireplace, frankly."
Panel 2
[They now look like their bird-headed humanoid selves as a crow and three-eyed flamingo, wearing camping clothes. They are attempting to put together a tent and failing.]
Pilcrow: "Why is assembling this tent so complicated? It looked simpler in the illustrations."
Panel 3:
[They are on a hike, fighting off insects buzzing around them.]
Pilcrow: "The wilderness, it seems, harbors an appetite for my very being."
The Asterism: "I yearn for the melodies of our gramophone and the comfort of velvet drapes."
Panel 4:
[They are now by logs in a fire pit, failing to start a fire.]
Pilcrow: "Sigh. Nature is overrated."
The Asterism: "Let us agree that our next 'retreat' involves room service."
