58: Lunar Eggclipse - January 31, 2024 (W)

Panel 1

[Pilcrow and the Asterism are outside on a balcony of the Black Manor at night in their bird-headed humanoid forms of a crow and three-eyed flamingo. Pilcrow is wearing a red flannel and jeans. The Asterism is wearing a sleeveless puffy purple jacket over a long-sleeved gray shirt, athletic leggings, and a gray beanie. They have out a classic brass telescope and are looking at the moon.]

Pilcrow: "An ancient text posits that the moon is a celestial egg awaiting its grand opening."

Panel 2

[The Asterism stretches her neck upwards a few feet to look at it.]

The Asterism: "Imagine that hatching night."

Panel 3

[The scene shifts to the surface of the moon, with the Asterism's three eyes staring down at where it is cracking open with a "CRACK" sound effect.]

The Asterism: "What spectacle awaits within? What monstrous ancient is reborn and thrust upon the cosmos?"

Panel 4

[The scene returns to the balcony.]

Pilcrow: "And us without a baby shower gift. I strongly suggest we visit a less doomed plane of existence when it hatches."
