97: Scarfmare - May 10, 2024 (F)

Panel 1

[Pilcrow is in his ophanim-like form of a sphere of black feathers covered in beaks and eyes, and the Asterism is her three-eyed flamingo head on a neck that stretches into infinity. They are approaching an infinitely long teal scarf that is tangled up, with a long-eared, sharp-nosed, pale green humanoid-shaped eldritch entity in it.]

Pilcrow: "Asterism, you know that scarf you've been knitting for literally forever? Look what I found tangled in it: Gorvathum, the Harbinger of Endless Nightmares."

Asterism: "How rude!"

Panel 2

[Gorvathum struggles vainly.]

Gorvathum: "Release me, you insolent thread-wielder! This affront shall echo through the countless folds of the unseen!"

Panel 3

Pilcrow: "We're open to negotiations. First, let’s talk reparations for existential dread."

Panel 4

Gorvathum: "This is insufferable!"

The Asterism: "Also, throw in a return of our lost sleep and we might just untangle you."
