72: Final Note - March 6, 2024 (W)

Panel 1

[Pilcrow and the Asterism are floating in the void of chaos after the heat death of the universe. Pilcrow looks like his mostly-normal crow self, the Asterism's three-eyed flamingo head extends from a neck that stretches to infinity.]

The Asterism: "Remember the universe? That was fun."

Pilcrow: "Which reminds me, I found this old note I wrote and forgot about, labeled as urgent. 'Must fix the fabric of space-time.' Classic me."

Panel 2

The Asterism: "You think that's a 'day-of' kind of task? Not an 'eons-later after the heat-death of the universe' thing?"

Panel 3

Pilcrow: "I've always been more of a 'last-minute' sort of entity."

Panel 4

[The Asterism wraps her neck of infinity around the Pilcrow, who is now manifested as a black-feathered ophanim-like orb covered in eyes and beaks.]

The Asterism: "Last minute? More like 'after the last minute.' How typical of you."
